Michael Convey

Born and raised in New York, my family taught me to always “do the right thing”. I graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Accounting and worked in NYC for a few years and then was relocated to Latin America. I spent 10 years in Latin America (Colombia, Mexico & Brazil) as CFO of an advertising agency. The company then transferred me to San Francisco where I spent the next 16 years. I moved to my current location in Arizona 5 years ago and started this company to provide tax and bookkeeping services. As the name says, VIRTUAL Finance, has been around pre-pandemic so I am very accustomed to working virtually.

I meet with my clients to understand what is needed and expected from me and then I work hard to exceed those expectations. That is my goal on all assignments.

I am a CPA and have been preparing taxes since my college days. My career was mostly spent as a CFO for international advertising agencies and now a good part of my business is providing fractional CFO service to small to medium size business so they can save money and focus on building their business.
